Welcome to The Landings
The Landings in Savannah, Georgia is a private community that offers a luxurious lifestyle to its residents and guests. It is suitable for both young families and active empty nesters. The community features over 30 miles of walking, biking and jogging trails, lush green spaces and beautiful waterways, and even a park for dogs.
The Landings’ sheer size – 6,300 acres – might be intimidating at first, but once you start exploring, you’ll find getting around is easy. The Landings is organized into seven distinct neighborhoods, each offering something for everyone.
Here’s an overview:
Deer Creek
Home to the Korn Ferry’s Club Car Championship, Deer Creek is on the northwest side of the community. Here you’ll find many lagoons, a rookery and gorgeous trails all surrounded by woods and marshland with views all the way to Isle of Hope.
Franklin Creek
The Franklin Creek neighborhood is just off Landings Way and is convenient to the Franklin Creek Activity Center. That’s where you’ll find Franklin Creek’s resort-style pool, The Deck, tons of tennis, pickleball and bocce courts, as well as lagoon views, golf views and some amazing neighbors too!
Marshwood
At the north end of The Landings is Marshwood. Known for its graceful live oak trees and gorgeous pines, you’ll find walking/biking paths along the marsh, lagoons and the Wilmington River, too. Marshwood is home to Landings Harbor Marina, the Marsh Tower, Marshwood Clubhouse & pool, plus the Marshwood & Magnolia golf courses.
Midpoint
As the name suggests, Midpoint is in the middle of our community. Midpoint features homes with larger lots on lagoons, golf courses, and marshlands, as well as private wooded lots. Residents like to visit the Rookery nature preserve, where varied species of birds and animals call home.
Marshview Landings and Moon River
Located in a newly developed section of The Landings, both neighborhoods are on the southwest edge of the community and are flanked by marsh views on one side and Intracoastal Waterway views on the other, with lovely lagoons throughout.
Oakridge
The Oakridge area is lush and lovely, centrally located at The Landings and set on the Intracoastal Waterway, tidal lagoons, marshland and the Oakridge golf course. Don’t miss The Gazebo, Oakridge Clubhouse, and the Wellness Center – very convenient to The Village.
Palmetto
Palmetto reaches the southern-most point of the community and is one of our largest neighborhoods. Here, along miles of walking and biking trails, you’ll find Sunrise Park, facing Romery Marsh and Sunset Park, facing Delegal Creek and views, views, views.

Wellness Center
The 52,000 sqft. Wellness Center features five large pools and 105 pieces of workout and wellness equipment.
The Oakridge Wellness Center (OWC) conducts over 3,900 group fitness classes and 20,000 training sessions annually and serves over 265,000 members and guests in their wellness facilities.

Six 18-hole private championship Georgia golf courses are available for play to members of The Landings Golf & Athletic Club, each one designed by such masters as Arnold Palmer, Tom Fazio, Arthur Hills and Willard C. Byrd.
